PAYMENT CONDITIONS.

For all online Grillz orders, a minimum 50% deposit is required to begin production once your design is confirmed.
A $250 AUD consultation deposit is required to start the design process. This deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your final total.
Timeline & Process:
Consultation & Design Phase
Once your deposit is received, we’ll begin your virtual design consultation and custom design process.
This phase typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the complexity of your design.Design Approval & Quoting
After finalising your design, you’ll receive a quote for your Grillz.
You must confirm your design within 5 business days of receiving the final draft to keep your order active.Invoice & Payment
Once your design is confirmed, an invoice will be issued. A minimum 50% payment is required to begin production, and full payment must be received before dispatch.
Payment plans can be discussed during your consultation, but are not guaranteed. Any outstanding balance must be paid within 5 business days of final production.Production
Production begins only after the required deposit is received.
Standard production takes approximately 6–8 weeks from the deposit date.
GRILLZ QUEEN does not offer formal payment plans through third-party providers, and orders will not proceed without the minimum 50% deposit. If payment deadlines are missed, the order will be paused or withdrawn, and a new consultation and deposit will be required to reopen it.
No Grillz will be released until full payment has been received.

Booking a studio appointment requires a $150 AUD deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. This is credited toward the total cost of your order.
To confirm your Studio Grillz order, a 50% deposit is required upfront.
If the remaining balance is not paid within the agreed timeframe, your order will be withdrawn and a new consultation will be required to proceed. This also applies if you do not approve your design by the given deadline.
No Grillz will be released until full payment is received.

Booking a pop-up appointment requires a $150 AUD deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. This amount is credited toward the total cost of your order.
To confirm your custom Grillz order at a pop-up event, a 50% deposit is required upfront.
If the remaining balance is not paid within the agreed timeframe, or if your design is not approved by the specified deadline, your order will be withdrawn and a new consultation will be required to proceed.
No Grillz will be released until full payment has been received.

To confirm a USA pop-up Grillz order, payment must be made in full, in person, at your booked consultation unless otherwise arranged.
A $200 AUD deposit is required for a standard 30-minute design consult.
A $500 AUD deposit is required for a specialised 60-minute consult.
These deposits are non-refundable and deducted from your total.
In most cases, the full amount is payable at the time of your in-person design consultation. However, if your design process requires extended time or further amendments, a 50% deposit may be accepted at the appointment, with the remaining balance due within 5 days of final design confirmation.
Orders will not proceed to production until the full amount is received.
If the final balance is not paid within 5 days of design confirmation, the order will be withdrawn. A new consultation and deposit will be required to reopen the order.No Grillz will be released until full payment has been received.
