ONLINE GRILLZ ORDERS

We offer a limited number of online custom grillz orders each month for clients who can’t visit us in person. All grillz are handmade to the highest standard and designed through a virtual consultation. Please read the following information before booking.

To ensure a perfect fit, we only accept:

• Digital intraoral scans (STL files) from a licensed dentist, or

• PVS (silicone) dental impressions taken by a licensed dentist

No at-home impression kits are provided with this booking. Dental scans or moulds must be taken by a licensed dentist and be free of imperfections or damage to qualify for our perfect fit guarantee and manufacturer’s warranty. For more information on acceptable scan or mould standards, feel free to contact us directly.

1. Book Your Consult

Secure your spot with a $250 AUD non-refundable deposit.

During the booking process, you can upload:

• A reference photo

• A short description of your idea

Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

• Instructions for sending detailed inspiration (Pinterest boards, image links, etc.)

• Our email address for submitting digital scans

• Our mailing address if you’re sending physical dental moulds

2. Virtual Consultation

Meet online with Grillz Queen to discuss your design in detail — including metals, gemstones, finishes, and custom touches.

Prefer to proceed without a consult? Just let us know at the time of booking.

3. Design Approval & Scan/Mould Submission

• You’ll have 5 business days to approve your design after the consult.

• To hold your place in the production queue, your scan or mould must be submitted within 7 days of your consultation.

• We recommend booking in with your local dentist as soon as you secure your spot to avoid delays.

4. Production & Delivery

Once we receive your scan or mould:

• Standard production takes 6–8 weeks

• Complex designs may require additional time (we’ll confirm the timeline at design approval)

We ship worldwide with tracked regular and express options.
Import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

• Minimum spend: $2000 AUD

• Booking deposit: $250 AUD (non-refundable, deducted from your total order)

• Availability: Limited to 10 online orders per month
