    1. Book Your Consult

    Secure your spot with a $150 AUD deposit.

    You’ll receive a confirmation email with your Google Meet link & instructions for sending your dental scan or teeth mould to our studio.

  • 2. Virtual Consultation

    Meet online with Grillz Queen to design your custom grillz.

    Prefer no consult? Just note it in your booking and upload your design instead.

  • 3. Design Approval & Scan/Mould Submission

    Approve your design and confirm your order with a 50% or full payment (deposit deducted from total).

    Book your dental scan or mould early with a local dentist to avoid delays.

  • 4. Production & Delivery

    Once your scan or mould is received, production begins. Standard turnaround is 6–8 weeks.

    Get your grillz delivered, backed by perfect fit guarantee. We ship worldwide with tracking.

  • We offer a limited number of online custom grillz orders each month for clients who can’t visit us in person. All grillz are handmade to the highest standard and designed through a virtual consultation. Please read the following information before booking.

    • You’ll receive a confirmation email with your Google Meet link and instructions for sending your dental scan or teeth mould to our studio

    2. Virtual Consultation

    • Meet online with Grillz Queen to design your custom grillz

    3. Design Approval & Scan/Mould Submission

    • Approve your custom grillz design and confirm your order with 50% or full payment. Your booking deposit is also deducted from the total

    • We recommend booking your dental scan or mould with a local dentist early to avoid delays.

    4. Production

    • Once your scan or mould is received, production begins.
      Standard turnaround is 6–8 weeks. Complex designs may take longer.

    5. Secured Delivery

    • Get your grillz delivered, backed by perfect fit guarantee

    • We ship worldwide with tracked regular and express options.

  • To ensure a perfect fit, we only accept:

    • Digital intraoral scans (STL files) from a licensed dentist, or

    • PVS (silicone) dental impressions taken by a licensed dentist

    At-home impression kits are not accepted. To qualify for our perfect fit guarantee and manufacturer’s warranty, all scans and moulds must be professionally taken and free from damage or distortion. For more information on acceptable scan or mould standards, feel free to contact us directly.

    • Booking deposit: $150 AUD (non-refundable, deducted from your total order)

  • What’s Included

    • Missing deadlines for scans/moulds may result in delays or cancellation

    • Booking deposit of $150 AUD will automatically be converted to your currency when payment is processed
