• Wear your Grillz for short periods only, ideally between 2 to 4 hours at a time
• Always brush your teeth before and after wearing to avoid bacteria build-up
• Clean your Grillz using a gentle, non-corrosive cleaning solution. We recommend denture cleaning tablets dissolved in water or chlorhexidine gluconate mouthwash
• Do not eat or drink while wearing Grillz. This helps reduce any choking risk and protects your natural teeth from potential damage. Use the Grillz Queen case provided for safe storage when not in use
• If you experience discomfort, irritation or sensitivity, remove your Grillz immediately and contact us at info@grillzqueen.com as adjustments may be needed

• All Grillz Queen products are custom made for one individual only and should not be worn by anyone else
• Do not bend, reshape or attempt to adjust your Grillz
• Clean using non-toxic, non-abrasive solutions such as denture tablets or chlorhexidine mouthwash. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing
• We recommend professional inspections and cleaning every few months to help maintain quality and fit
• Store your Grillz in the protective case provided when not in use
• Do not attempt to disassemble, repair or trim your Grillz
• Regularly check your Grillz for any visible wear or damage. If you notice anything concerning, stop wearing them and contact us. Damaged Grillz may cause discomfort or present a safety risk

IAlthough our custom Grillz are made from high quality, biocompatible materials and are safe for occasional wear, please keep the following in mind:

• Oral health and comfort. Following wear instructions will help protect your teeth and gums from irritation or pressure
• Jaw and bite awareness. Wearing Grillz for long periods can affect your natural bite. Short intervals are best to avoid strain or tension
• Choking hazard. Grillz are not fixed dental appliances and should always be removed before eating or drinking to reduce the risk of swallowing or inhaling them
• Metal allergies. While rare, allergic reactions can occur. If you have known sensitivities, consult a specialist for allergy testing prior to wearing. If you notice any unusual reaction or sensitivity, stop wearing your Grillz, seek medical advice and notify Grillz Queen staff at info@grillzqueen.com
