  • GRILLZ QUEEN is dedicated to providing high-quality services to our valued customers. This policy outlines our ongoing commitment to upholding the consumer guarantee.

    In compliance with the Australian Consumer Law, all product purchases from GRILLZ QUEEN come with a consumer guarantee. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in material and workmanship but does not cover general wear and tear, neglect or abuse of the purchased product. The warranty will not apply, and GRILLZ QUEEN will not be accountable if the Grillz are damaged, distorted, bent, or GRILLZ QUEEN is otherwise of the opinion that the product has been misused due to non-compliance with the provided care instructions accompanying the purchase.

    For our custom-made Grillz, quarterly periodic inspection of your purchase is the best way to safeguard against potential damage. Regular upkeep of your Grillz is required to maintain your warranty, including paying for any routine repairs due to wear, damage, or abuse. GRILLZ QUEEN gladly provides free inspections and cleans of custom Grillz for up to one year from the purchase date. Contact us or book online to arrange a suitable time to have your Grillz cleaned or inspected.

    Please note, if your current dental treatment involves fillings, orthodontic work, or replacing missing teeth and crowns/veneers, please make GRILLZ QUEEN aware before any teeth moulds for fitting are taken. Communicating your dental treatments is critical as they will affect the fit of custom Grillz; therefore, teeth moulds should be taken upon completing any personal dental treatments. GRILLZ QUEEN will not be held accountable for replacing orders that no longer fit after the initial fitting. If you require further information regarding this, online enquiries are welcome.

    GRILLZ QUEEN strictly follows Australian Dental Board guidelines and regulations in assessing each case exclusively to determine the eligibility of custom Grillz.

    It is under the consumer's discretion to understand the instructions, precautions and risks when wearing custom Grillz. GRILLZ QUEEN will be under no liability in the event of oral health-related grievances whilst wearing custom-made Grillz. In no event will GRILLZ QUEEN be responsible for any incidental or consequential damage or loss.

    GRILLZ QUEEN will undertake all diligence to ensure that any information provided is accurate at the time of delivery and appropriate to the client’s needs and expectations.

    While Australian Consumer Law protections apply only to Australian clients, GRILLZ QUEEN voluntarily extends our manufacturer’s warranty to all international orders. This includes coverage for defects in materials or workmanship when professional moulds or scans are provided. General wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery are not covered.

    Custom Grillz orders are handcrafted and made-to-order, with specific guidelines to ensure quality, fit, and durability. Please read the following carefully before booking.

    All online orders require a $250 AUD booking deposit to secure your design consultation. This deposit is non-refundable but will be deducted from your final order total. Due to high demand and limited availability, there is a minimum spend of $2000 AUD for all international online orders. We only accept 10 online orders per month.

    To ensure a perfect fit and be eligible for the manufacturer’s warranty, all clients must provide either a digital intraoral scan (STL file) or a PVS (silicone) impression — both must be completed and submitted by a qualified dentist. We recommend visiting your dentist before booking to ensure your teeth are clean, healthy, and ready.

    We do not accept at-home mould kits or impressions. The email address for submitting scans and additional design references (such as photos or Pinterest links) will be provided after booking. You may also upload a basic photo and brief notes when making your booking.

    Your design consultation includes up to two rounds of design revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees. Once your design is confirmed, your scan or mould must be submitted within 7 days to secure your place in the production queue. If we do not receive it within this timeframe, your order may be deprioritised or cancelled.

    Production begins only after we receive both your approved scan or mould and your final design confirmation. Production typically takes 6–8 weeks, depending on complexity.

    GRILLZ QUEEN offers a Perfect Fit Guarantee and a manufacturer’s warranty on all custom Grillz. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship but does not extend to general wear and tear, damage from misuse, bending, or failure to follow care instructions. Grillz must be maintained through regular inspections and cleaning to keep the warranty valid. We offer complimentary inspections and cleaning for up to one year after purchase — contact us or book online to arrange this service.

    If you are undergoing dental treatments — such as fillings, orthodontics, or replacing crowns or veneers — it’s essential to notify us prior to sending your scans or moulds. Changes to your teeth can impact fit, and GRILLZ QUEEN is not responsible for orders that no longer fit due to dental work after impressions are taken.

    Consultation appointments are limited and must be treated with care. You may reschedule once, provided you give at least 48 hours’ notice. If you miss your consultation or fail to attend without notice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new booking (with a new deposit) will be required to continue your order.

    All cases are reviewed and assessed individually in line with Australian Dental Board guidelines to determine eligibility for custom Grillz. It is the client’s responsibility to understand the risks and appropriate use of custom Grillz. GRILLZ QUEEN is not liable for oral health issues or damage resulting from misuse or non-compliance.

    All international orders are shipped via tracked and insured express courier services. Shipping costs will be added to your final invoice. Please note that clients are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by their country of residence. These charges are not included in your GRILLZ QUEEN invoice and must be paid directly to your local customs office or delivery provider.

    We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before placing an order. GRILLZ QUEEN is not liable for delays, fees, or issues caused by customs clearance processes or refusal to pay import duties.

    As all Grillz are now mailed directly to clients, please ensure you try on your Grillz promptly upon receiving them. If any concerns arise regarding the fit or finish, contact us at info@grillzqueen.com within five days of delivery, including clear photos or a short video for assessment. We will do our best to ensure your Grillz fit perfectly based on the scan or mould provided. If any issues arise with the fit, mail-in adjustments can be arranged. Please note that once your Grillz have been mailed, refunds or returns are not eligible. Any evidence of alterations or damage may void your eligibility for adjustments under warranty.

    If you are currently undergoing dental treatments such as fillings, orthodontic adjustments, or the placement of crowns, veneers, or implants, please notify GRILLZ QUEEN before providing your scan or mould. Dental changes can significantly affect the fit of your custom Grillz. We recommend submitting your scan only once all dental work is complete. GRILLZ QUEEN will not be held responsible for any changes in fit caused by dental alterations after fabrication.

    GRILLZ QUEEN strictly follows Australian Dental Board guidelines and regulations in assessing each case to determine eligibility for custom Grillz.

    It is the customer’s responsibility to understand all care instructions, precautions, and risks associated with wearing custom Grillz. GRILLZ QUEEN will not be liable for oral health issues that may occur while wearing Grillz. We are also not responsible for any incidental or consequential damage or loss.

    GRILLZ QUEEN will undertake all diligence to ensure that any information provided is accurate at the time of delivery and appropriate to the client’s needs and expectations.

  • GRILLZ QUEEN endeavours to provide a quality and accurate product that is delivered within a specified time frame agreed with the client at the time of purchase. At GRILLZ QUEEN, our number one priority is customer satisfaction. This is our guarantee to you, our valued customer. In the event, we do not meet the above warranty, or a refund is requested:

    1) The customer will be entitled to a refund or replacement upon product inspection (must be conducted in person). The item must be in the same condition supplied, unworn and undamaged. Damaged items due to customer negligence are not accepted for refund or replacement.

    2) Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate changes of mind once deposits or full payments have been collected and consent forms are finalised.

    Refunds will be provided under the same source as the original payment or may be kept as in-store credit.
